Account and Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your Recalled account and associated data, you can do so using either of the methods below. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. In-App Deletion Method (Recommended)

Open the Recalled app.
Navigate to Settings.
Tap on Delete Account.
This will automatically and immediately delete your Firebase Authentication account and your Firestore user data.

2. Manual Request Method

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion via email:

Subject: Delete my Recalled account

Please include the email address associated with your account or your exact in-game username to help us locate your data.

Additional Information

Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently removed:

Firebase Authentication account
Firestore data (including leaderboards, highscores, and game progress)

Data Retention Note

Anonymous crash logs or aggregated analytics may be retained temporarily for operational and diagnostic purposes and are not linked to deleted accounts.

Deletion Timeline

Manual requests submitted via email are processed as soon as reasonably possible. In-app deletions happen immediately.
